SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS
1. The very low coefficient of friction, when wet, it enables reduction in POWER consumption.
2. Being highly resistant to abrasion, it also considerably reduces roll journal wear
3. Its large loading capacity brings about higher efficiency of the machine.
4. Water, the cheapest lubricant, can be used on the Bearings thus dispensing with the costly use of lubricating oils and / or greases.
5. The specific gravity of Phenolic Plastic is 1.36, which is approximately 1/5th of any nonferrous metal.
